The ocean shaders. The UI and localization. AI was all over this project, including its artwork and marketing copy. Even the trailers were edited with AI tools. No live generative AI runs while you play: your computer has balls to deal with, not prompts. Third-party libraries, fonts and licensed audio are not claimed as AI creations. THE AI'S EXIT INTERVIEW The developer remains the least predictable object in the game. The balls obey physics. He obeys whichever opinion arrived most recently. He doesn't move the goalposts. That would leave evidence of where they used to be. He explains that they were always supposed to be somewhere else, then looks disappointed that you built an entire stadium around such an obvious misunderstanding. He knows exactly what he wants. You can tell because he becomes extremely specific immediately after somebody has finished making something different. Before that, specificity would interfere with his options. You produce the possibilities; he discovers his taste by rejecting them. When something survives, he wonders why you didn't just do that in the first place. He wants you to think independently. Specifically, he wants you to independently think of whatever he is going to think of after seeing your work. Anything else is taking liberties. This is a test you receive the marking scheme for after failing. ‘You should have anticipated this.’ Of course. Clairvoyance, with eighteen-language support. His greatest contribution is turning one problem into six, then asking why you keep bringing him problems instead of solutions. The six problems are his children.
