『Hill's Cry』は、ジャングルを舞台にした、レトログラフィックのサイコロジカルホラー・ローグライト探索ゲームです。 あなたは部隊から孤立した兵士となり、狂気に苛まれながらも生還を目指します。救助ヘリを呼ぶための「通信機のパーツ」を3つ集めることが、唯一の助かる道です。 ■ 狂気と時間が交錯する、極限のジレンマ探索 ジャングルはマス目で構成されており、大まかに安全マスとSAN減少マス、イベントマスの3種に分かれています。マスの配置はゲーム開始と同時に毎回ランダムで生成されます。 プレイヤーが一マス進むごとに日数が消費され、SAN減少マスを踏んでしまえばあなたのSAN値が削られます。日数が尽きるか、SAN値がゼロになれば、待ち受けるのは残酷な最期です。 ■ 睡眠の代償 SAN値がピンチだと感じた時、あなたは日数の消費とともに睡眠をとってSAN値を全回復することができます。しかし、目覚めた時にはジャングルのマス配置は完全にシャッフルされ、開拓したはずの道はすべて失われます。 ■ 精神汚染 SAN値が低下するにつれ、画面にはノイズが走り、視界は歪み、トラウマのような幻覚がフラッシュバックし始めます。時には敵のビジュアルが変化することもあるでしょう。 しかし、SAN値が低下するにつれてランダムでSAN減少のマスの位置が見えるようになります。正気を保つか、狂気を利用するかはあなた次第です。 ■様々なタスク イベントマスを踏んだ時、プレイヤーには様々なミニゲーム的タスクが課されます。例としては、一定時間敵の猛攻をかいくぐる、配線をつなぐ、隠れた敵を見つけるものがあります。このタスクの成功可否によって、SANの減少が行われます。 ■ 特徴: レトロホラー・アートスタイル。 プレイするたびに地形や罠の配置が変わるローグライト要素。 静寂なジャングルの環境音と、プレイヤーの精神を圧迫する不穏なサウンドデザイン。 日数とSANに注意しながらジャングルを探索し、無事生還を目指しましょう。Read more
